Founded in 2010 as a mining rights holder, we began our journey with the Mzimkhulu Mining operation in Ogies, Mpumalanga. Since then, we have grown steadily, acquiring Rietvlei Mining Company in Middelburg and expanding our footprint into both local and international markets, with Eskom as our largest client.

Over the years, we have diversified beyond coal into metals and other commodities, establishing operations in Thabazimbi and actively pursuing growth in other regions. Our strategic investments reflect our commitment to building a sustainable and competitive mid-tier mining business.
